Standard Shipping All items that are in-stock will ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive within three to five business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items sent directly from our supplier may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Shipping times are subject to availability of product. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. Expedited Shipping: If you require either 2 Day Shipping, Overnight or Saturday delivery for your order, please contact us directly at 865-694-3492 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can verify if the item or items are available for overnight or Saturday delivery as well as quote shipping charges for the order that apply.
Returns and Exchanges
To exchange or return an item purchased in the last 14 days, please contact Southern Made Tees (Spoiled Rotten) to request a Return Authorization number. Return item/s to 6800 Wright Rd, Knoxville Tn 37931 via USPS. Let us know if you want an exchange or return.
We realize that returns and exchanges may need more time during the holidays, so for in-stock items purchased from November 1st through December 25th, we have extended our return and exchange date to January 15th of the New Year.
